An 8-week creative process circle exploring identity, worthiness, value, and self – kindness; held live over Zoom.

Do you struggle with meeting expectations of perfection imposed by external sources (toxic religion, ableism, social pressures, etc)? Do you have difficulty being kind with yourself when you are trying something new? Do you enjoy creative process? Then this is the place for you!

This 8-week circle is designed to practice the art of imperfecting ourselves through art process. No arty experience is required, only interest in making marks with marking tools (pen, marker, crayon, paintbrush, pencil, pastel, charcoal, etc).

Prompts will be offered and conversation topics will be facilitated to help us nurture, explore, and grow our sense of worthiness, our self-kindness, and our practice of unconditional self-love.

Next cycle begins: Saturday June 4, 2022 from 1pm-2:30pm CST/GMT-06:00 through July 23rd.
