From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off. Jennifer will provide advance notice of planned time off.
There are occasions where Jennifer may have to reschedule a group or 1-on-1 meeting due to illness or other unexpected situation, your understanding and patience is valued. Jennifer will work to make up your meeting time when she has had to cancel.
For full fee, you will be charged at time of purchase.
For subscriptions or payment plan options, you will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring subscription charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.
You must have current payment information on file throughout your work with Jennifer.
There are no reduced fees or sliding scale options. Periodically Jennifer may open a scholarship to a certain program that will prioritize Black, Indigenous, queer, trans, nonbinary, and disabled clients. Learn more about Jennifer’s values around fees here.
In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.
