Expansive Expressions Company Policies
Your primary contact person for Expansive Expressions is Jennifer Alumbaugh, MS. Jennifer is available from 10:00am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time Monday through Thursday (click here for TimeZone Converter). Jennifer communicates best by email at: ExpansiveExpressions @ gmail.com. Please do not use Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mighty Networks or other social media to communicate business matters.
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response by email, although Jennifer strives to respond sooner. For feedback on documents, all feedback must be included in a single email, rather than piecemeal, to allow for timely and efficient responses.
Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a meeting. You may forfeit your call & fee if less notice is provided.
Time Off Policy:
Expansive Expressions is closed on weekends and federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off. Jennifer will provide advance notice of planned time off. There are occasions where Jennifer may have to reschedule a group or 1-on-1 meeting due to illness or other unexpected situation, your understanding and patience is valued. Jennifer will work to make up your meeting time when she has had to cancel.
You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring subscription charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.
In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.
Expansive Expressions does not offer refunds on any of its coaching, consulting, group programming, or other services. Please understand this before making your investment.
Cancelling a Subscription:
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by written notice to Jennifer at ExpansiveExpressions @ gmail.com. Your cancellation will be processed within the following 2 business days and you will be sent confirmation your subscription has been cancelled. If you cancel in the middle of your 30day cycle you will not receive any refunds.
You will no longer be allowed to attend live online circles and your membership in the online community of Expansioneers Collective will end at that time as well.
You are welcome to restart a subscription any time by purchasing that package and re-registering.
For 1-on-1 Coaching Packages, you may terminate your services with Expansive Expressions before the end of your agreed upon package. Please be aware that you will not receive a refund in full or in part for your unused services.
Sessions will be held over Zoom, or with advance notice, by other means including telephone.
The session must be scheduled using Paperbell’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours. You may also schedule a session via conversation with Jennifer over email or text.
If a session is not used within 90 days, it is forfeited.
If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.
If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.
While coaches with Expansive Expressions are not held to the same standard of HIPAA protected confidentiality as therapists and other licensed healthcare professionals, Jennifer is committed to honoring the privacy and confidentiality of all her clients.
No information shared in group or 1-on-1 sessions will be shared with anyone else EXCEPT in the case where someone presents as a danger to themselves or others, or if a protected class of minor or elder is experiencing abuse.
Additionally, members of the Expansioneers Collective are required to agree to honoring the boundaries of the space and the confidentiality of other members by not sharing—in any form (including quotes, screenshots, etc)—content that has been shared and posted by others without explicit written consent.
